Payment
Electronic forms of payment accepted by Fiveology Racing LLC include Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, and PayPal.
Refunds and Returns
Fiveology Racing LLC considers all sales final when the order is placed. No items may be returned for a refund without prior approval by Fiveology Racing LLC. No item may be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. No items will be accepted without the proper authorization number provided by Fiveology Racing LLC. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to the inspection of Fiveology Racing LLC. All returned items must be in resalable condition in their original packaging. No items installed or mishandled by the customer may be returned.
Warranty
Fiveology Racing LLC guarantees that you will receive items in working condition. Should any component fail upon installation, we will gladly replace the component(s) in question. Technical assistance is also available by phone or email to assist in identifying and resolving any issue.
Liability
Fiveology Racing LLC shall in no event be liable in contract or tort (including negligence) for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as but not limited to loss of property or any other damages, costs, or expenses which might be claimed as the result of the use or failure of the goods sold hereby, except only the cost of repair or replacement.
